New Captain Rhona Logie gave Park the lead from a short corner early in the first half. Park continued to bombard the Deeside defence with their speedy front line & were rewarded with another short corner which was converted by debutante Jacs Gape seeing Park go into break with a two goal cushion.

Deeside had lots of short corners but Parks defence was tight and stand-in GK Coral Taylor was unbeatable & rightly gained the Man of the Match award for her agile performance. Park also gave a 1st team debut to Elsha Rushe who settled into the system well.

Park's final goal came from a classic counter attack after a defensive short corner which saw Jaz Barlow seal the victory and gain the 3 points.

A good start to the season - next week we have an early start away to Rhyl who are an unknown quantity having just been promoted to Div 1.
